What Our Training Offers
Our yoga teacher training is intended for both advancing students who want to deepen their practice and aspiring teachers who are looking for the tools needed to teach intelligently and confidently. East Kootenay Yoga Academy’s content-rich program certifies students to teach alignment-focused and philosophically-inspired Hatha/Vinyasa classes. That includes the principles of Ashtanga, Vinyasa, and restorative yoga. You’ll also learn about the therapeutic benefits of yoga asana and pranayama.
Whether you choose to train with us in Mazatlan or one of our Canadian destinations, you can be assured of intimate training settings with dedicated and supportive teachers. You’ll receive personal guidance every step of the way to help you successfully complete your program. And it doesn’t end there. We’ll offer you continued support as you embark on your new journey. We’re also one of the certified Yoga Alliance schools so you can be sure that you’re receiving high-quality, credible training.
