Studio Policies and Reminders: 

 

Please arrive at least 5 min prior to the start of class.  The door is locked 5 minutes before we being to allow both student and teacher time to prepare. 

Use the shoe mats/carpets provided and avoid bringing muck into the studio.

 
Align the center of your mat with a sticker on the floor (this allows all students adequate space to enjoy their practice) 

 

Please enjoy visiting quietly outside, and reserve the studio space for silence

 

Please leave your cellphone outside of the studio in silent mode

 

When you are ready to leave, do so as quietly as possible to allow fellow students to continue enjoying their time

Mat cleaning stations are outside, please do not use face clothes to clean your mat

Cancellation Policy: 8 hours prior to any regular class and 12 hours for specialty classes.  Late cancellation will result in a charge for all users. Punch/Drop in results in one session,  Unlimited members will receive a $15 charge to their account.  Thank you for respecting this policy, we want to ensure the class will be full and all members are able to have their spot.
