Jen: "I’m a Kootenays girl with a passion for travel. I was born and raised in Kimberley and love everything our area has to offer, hiking, biking, skiing, camping... you will have a hard time finding an activity I don’t love!
I got started in yoga as a way to heal from other injuries, and one thing led to another... I found myself in a teacher training with Sue!
Fast forward to today, I have left my previous career in industry to run Mountain Life Hot Yoga, and continue to explore my passion for learning and yoga. I am a busy mother of four amazing kids, ages 14mths to 15years as well as two black lab crosses and two incredibly annoying and yet loveable cats.
I thrive on staying busy, and active, and enjoy bringing my practice into the studio to share with others."
Sue is a ERYT500 (Experienced 500hr Registered Yoga Teacher), RPYT (Registered Prenatal Yoga Teacher), Fitness Instructor Specialist, and Zumba instructor. She has owned a hot yoga studio and enjoys bringing yoga into the lives of others.
On a personal note, she loves being outdoors, embracing nature, walking with her dogs, and traveling.
Sue has been teaching yoga since 2004 and is excited to share her passion with other students on their journey into teaching.
In February 2019 she had major abdominal surgery and is now exploring healing and core strengthening style of yoga.

"I have been teaching yoga for four years and have just recently joined the MLHY team. I love building connection and hope that by being my imperfect self that it gives others permission to do the same. I teach a variety of different types of classes from Hatha and Vinyasa yoga, to breathwork, meditation, ball rolling (Roll Model® Method) and yoga book clubs. I love to learn in all its forms, through relationships, movement, and reading and am always asking the question 'Why?' and seeing where that takes me.

Baker High School and you will most often see her teaching wonderful restorative Yin, Blissful Sunday Soul, or a truly relaxing Yoga Nidra!

Having recently completed her 200 hour training at EKYA with Sue Inshaw, Tiffany is super excited to help guide your practice! Don’t let her youthful enthusiasm fool you! Tiffany is knowledgeable and committed to making bodies work and feel great. She looks forward to making people feel good with their bodies through functional movement and positive energy.
If she looks familiar you’ve probably come across Tiffany wearing one of her many other hats. Wether it’s chairing the Amy woodland PAC, volunteering with 4H, working away at Winnners, doing weddings with JAXaudio or just sledding at Idlewild with her two amazing kids, Tiffany can always be found with a huge smile on her face.

Krista Birch has been teaching yoga in Cranbrook just shy of 8 years. Previously owned and operated the Glow Yoga & Wellness studio up in the industrial area for 5 years, and almost 3 years ago switched to freelancing in studios, gyms, and businesses around town. She still operates under the Glow Yoga name, and offers retreats both locally and internationally.
Krista took her 200hr teacher training out of Yoga Passage in Calgary, AB. With a foundation in Ashtanga , she has also trained in Aerial Yoga in Minneapolis, and Vinyasa with Jonah Kest from LA. She mainly teaches flow style classes from gentle to power
Leanne's love for yoga began around 10 years ago when she began to move outside just the physicalities of the practice and delve into the history, philosophy, breathwork and meditation. It was then she started to gain a greater appreciation for the practice and start to experience the immense shift it was having on her and her life. Since then, Leanne has completed over 500hrs of training with a number of teachers around the world in various styles such as; vinyasa, yin yoga, SUP yoga and even some Thai Fusion Massage.
Her teaching style emphasizes on mindful alignment and connection to breath, while moving you through a loving mix of strength and fluidity on the mat. She is dedicated to holding a safe and comforting space for her students to evolve physically, emotionally and spiritually as you begin to delve deeper into your practice."
Coralee Salomons is a Metis woman of the Khakewistahaw Plains Cree Tribe and Dutch descent, incorporating her native spirit into her healing sessions & classes. She has practiced Reiki, yoga and meditation for over 20 years. Keeping herself busy with receiving her Reiki Master Practioner certificate, spa therapy modalities, 200 hr yoga training and training with sound healing over the last five years. Each class, workshop or session that Coralee offers is infused with the healing sounds of the crystal bowls and Reiki. Going to one of her offerings will leave you feeling rested, restored, renewed and rejuvenated.
The blissful & ethereal sounds of the crystal bowls allows your whole body to begin to let go, surrender any tension and clear your mind, bringing you into that sacred space of self. Her main focus is on gentle and subtle poses found in Restorative Yoga and Yin Yoga classes, encouraging your muscles to surrender and release, allowing more room for flexibility in the mind body and spirit. She is offering classes and workshops in Kimberley, Cranbrook and soon Calgary.
